-If you aren’t sure if you have consent, then you don’t have consent.
-If they didn’t consent at first but relented after you badgered them, you don’t have consent.
-If they didn’t consent when they were sober but now they’re intoxicated and not resisting, you don’t have consent.
Consent is clear, enthusiastic, and informed. Always.

Good list but I gotta add one more, a corollary of #3. Might be the hardest to wrap your head around at first but…
-If they didn’t consent before they were drunk, and now they’re pouring themselves all over you and practically begging for sex? You still don’t have consent.
Seriously! If someone is drunk enough that you’d take their keys before letting them drive? Then, unfortunately, they’re too drunk to consent as well.
