You should get rid off coffee and start drinking health smoothies. The greener the better.

Wait!  What?  Who says you can’t do both?  Because mmmm, coffee first thing in the morning and in the middle of the afternoon!  Also, mmm, green smoothies with whey powder, spirulina or kale, fruit, and anything else full of protein, vitamins, minerals, electrolytes, frozen H2O, and flavor after a serious workout?

Long as you don’t get them mixed up there’s a right time and place for both.
